Care for the whole family

WHAT SETS ​EXCELLING LEADERS APART? ALL DEBRIEFS INCLUDE AGE-APPROPRIATE SESSIONS FOR YOUTH AND CHILDREN THAT DAILY CORRELATE WITH THE PROGRAM THE PARENTS ARE PARTICIPATING. 

There are very few debriefing programs for missionaries that include the entire family. Excelling Leaders feels very strongly that children belong in the debriefing process. This is why we have created a curriculum that incorporates time for your children to process with a trained facilitator as well as with the parents. Each day, while the parents are in class, the kids will be in class too! They will walk through exactly what you are, just more fun : ) and on a level that they can connect and participate with. Each morning session will end with a time together with you and them reviewing and processing the day, allowing them to share with you. There are also afternoon activities for them that allow you to have the space and time  to meet with God and process your own journey.
