COVID precautions:
 
Excelling Leaders understands that all of us have been affected by this world-wide Covid-19 pandemic. We are aware that that disruption in our lives is ongoing and ever changing and has affected many of us and those that we love and work with, especially those who work outside of their passport country as missionaries. We understand that many churches and missions’ organization as well as you personally have had to make difficult and life changing decisions because of Covid-19. We also, at Excelling Leaders, have had to be creative in how we care for missionaries and their families.
In order to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our staff and our participants, we have developed screening and monitoring procedures that will be in place until the critical threat Covid-19 has passed.
One week before coming to our campus you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and have it sent back to us. Upon arrival, we will have everyone (including staff) answer the same medical questionnaire and your temperature will be taken. This will also include any minor who is attending with you.
 
We are not requiring immunization of our staff or participants as we feel that this is a decision that should be made between you and your personal physician.

We will not require wearing masks or social distancing during the retreat but you and any of our staff are free to do so if you or they feel more comfortable. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be available. If you have any of the following symptoms before you arrive, please let us know ASAP: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nasal congestion or runny nose, nausea ,vomiting or diarrhea.
