Matt & Cindy BillerDr. Matt and Cindy Biller have always had a heart for missions and those that minister to unreached people groups. Matt is a psychologist and licensed marriage and family therapist and serves as the Director of the Zeeland campus for Winning At Home. He counsels families, couples and individuals. Cindy works in education with middle-school kids that have learning challenges and loves being a mom to their 3 kids. Matt & Cindy are passionate about helping marriages and families be as healthy and Christ-like as they can be. They can often be found enjoying the water near Lake Michigan, spending time with their kids, telling stories or making others laugh.

Rich & Cindy LeepRich and Cindy bring a wealth of experience in teaching and equipping communities in the developing world. Rich is a retired Michigan State University professor specializing in International development using sustainable methods of agriculture in developing countries of the world. Cindy’s passion is nutrition and has led a varied career in healthcare, small business development and international training. Cindy and Rich continue to work and volunteer internationally in sustainable farming and in poverty and malnutrition alleviation. Rich and Cindy are both trained as a certified spiritual directors. Rich and Cindy have been married for 43 years and have three children and four grandchildren.

Kevin & Sue PrinsKevin and Sue Prins are the founders of Excelling Leaders and bring a unique perspective of raising a family overseas, as well as pioneering ministries. Kevin has a Masters Degree in Leadership and also experience in business, having owned his own construction company for almost 20 years before joining YWAM in 1996. Sue is a Licensed Register Nurse and a Certified Coach with Coaching Missionaries International (CMI). But more than that she has raised 4 kids and understands the unique challenges of raising a family overseas and balancing homeschooling and ministry.

Randy BouwkampRandy Bouwkamp founded Bouwkamp Builders, Inc. in 1985, and Lakeshore Signature properties, a real estate brokerage firm in 2006. He is a respected and active member of the Home Builders Association of Holland, and has earned both the Certified Graduate Builder and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist designations from the National Association of Home Builders joining him nationally with an elite group of builders. He has won several awards among his industry counterparts, subcontractors, and clients. Over the years, his success has led to multiple expansions of his business. His experience in custom home building, real estate marketing, and resort management have given him the knowledge and ability to implement creative solutions for his clients, and provides an invaluable service as we create an environment for missionary family care. Randy and his wife of almost 29 years, Lisa, have 4 children in high school and college.

He is a licensed stockbroker; his broker/dealer is Kalos Capital, and he works as an Investment Advisor Representative through Kalos Management, Inc. He is a member of Ed Slott Elite Advisor Group, member of the HS Dent Advisors Network, Learning Institute for Financial Executives, and West Michigan Estate Planning Council.

Ross LuurtsemaRoss is owner and president of ALTL, Inc., a transportation and logistics company with offices in Hudsonville and Holland, MI. Ross has been active in his community and on boards for Zeeland Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital, Downtown Development Authority, and Hudsonville Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on boards for Grotenhuis Group, Lost Creek Stone, and Walker Charter Academy. Ross and his wife, Terry, have been married for 41 years. They have 3 grown sons that are married and 6 grandchildren. They enjoy time away in La Quinta, CA, and daytime pleasures include golf, tennis and bicycling. Their family’s journey of life has been embraced by faith with lots of patience and waiting on God’s plan. Ross says, “We are blessed and continue to seek God’s guidance on our daily walk.”

Dave StultsA resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Dave and Barb, his wife of 33 years, have two adult children. Dave has been blessed with a 35+ year career in Sales and Marketing with IBM, Xerox, Quest Diagnostics and General Electric Healthcare Division, and as owner of a West Michigan Landscaping firm. His roles have included Senior Management and strategic development with $40 Million dollars of annual revenue. Dave serves as an Elder in his church, and has held various leadership roles that leverage his passion of mentoring and discipling men of all ages to grow in Jesus Christ.

RANDY VANDER LUGTShareholder and President of Vander Lugt, Mulder, DeVries, & Elders, a Grandville based CPA firm, Randy has been practicing small business accounting and personal tax preparation for over thirty years. He has a love/hate relationship with tax season – loves meeting with clients but hates the long hours away from family. He is happily married to his wife of 34 years, Twyla. They have two married daughters, a son, and one grandchild. Randy is an avid University of Michigan fan and loves spending autumn Saturdays at the Big House in Ann Arbor. He also enjoys time traveling with his wife and spending relaxing evenings with his family for weekly dinners. Randy has held the position of treasurer for many non-profit organizations over the years including Degage Ministries, the South Grand Rapids Classis of the Reformed Church, the Nice Twice Resale Shoppe of Calvin Christian Schools, and now with Excelling Leaders.

Pete ZwierPete and his wife, Julie, live in the Grand Rapids area. Pete attended and graduated from Calvin College for his undergraduate degree and then continued on to the University of Detroit where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1981. Because of his professionalism and desire to learn and serve Pete is active in many local, state and national dental associations. In the community, Pete has served as an elder in his local church and he has been part of Seeds of Promise for the past 15 years. Seeds of Promise (www. seedsofpromise.net) works with many different organizations to bring sustainable transformation to the neighborhoods and areas of the city with the greatest needs. Pete and Julie have been married for 36 years and have three grown children.
