In May 2021, Excelling Leaders purchased a 10 acre summer resort on the edge of 3 Mile Lake in Paw Paw, Michigan. Formerly known as the Shangri-La Resort, this property had been consistently welcoming visitors for over 50 years. Overlooking 450 feet of sandy beach sit 7 cottages that have been completely redone to offer year-round accommodations and redesigned interiors. Along with the cottages, the property has Lakeview Staff House and Harmony House where guests can gather for meals and meetings. Other structures include grounds maintenance and garden care garages and a mechanic shop in the pole barn.
